Rachels’ Secretary – Dawn Smith

Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 2019 after spending 8 years working in conveyancing and gaining a vast variety of experience.

After completion a degree in Accounting at Cardiff University, Rachel undertook the GDL in Bristol to convert to Law and then completed her LPC in London. Rachel has experience and knowledge in most aspects of conveyancing including sales, purchases, transfer of equity, shared ownership, help to buy and equity release.

Rachel is born in Egham and has great knowledge of the local area. Outside of work Rachel enjoys walking her dogs, golf, eating out with friends and family and travelling the world (when she can)!
