Nick qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and is also a Notary Public. Nick specialises in family law and civil litigation. He thoroughly enjoys all aspects of his work. He became a Partner in 1992 and has substantial experience in these fields.
Nick is also a Notary Public and undertakes work for substantial public companies through to private individuals who require notarial work.

Susan Webster: Partner

Susan has been with Rigby Golding since 1976 and was made a partner in 1978. She advises on all aspects of private client work. Her practice includes administration of estates and all associated areas including Lasting Powers of Attorney, wills, probate, contested probate and tax implications.
Susan also has extensive experience in relation to all kinds of property matters.
In addition to being a Solicitor Susan is also a Notary Public and a founder member of STEP, the Society of Trust and Estate Practioners.
She has gained a wide expertise over the years and a detailed knowledge of Sunbury and the surrounding area.

Katie has grown up in Egham. She has been with the firm since 2009 after obtaining her Law Degree at the University of Southampton. Whilst completing her relevant exams at Guildford College of Law she trained at both our Egham and Sunbury offices.
Katie was admitted as a Solicitor in 2013. Since qualification she has been based at our Egham office and specialises in private client matters. She is currently advising clients with regard to issues such as tax efficient Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship Orders and all aspects of the administration of Estates including Deeds of Variation.
Outside of work Katie enjoys horse riding and she competes her own horse.

Jeannie has been with Horne Engall and Freeman for two years dealing with all aspects of probate, wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Jeannie has 20 years experience in the legal profession and has covered most areas of practice. Jeannie has solid probate experience, from taking initial instructions through to winding up estates in a costs effective and professional manner. Jeannie is also able to advise on the preparation of wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
